Description
Due to the fact that this pancake is baked in a pan in the oven, had obtained the high sides, which you can use to put inside the crepe with any filling. In my case, it's a sweet whipped cream with a spicy aroma of matcha, black currant and kiwi

Cooking
Turn on the oven at 200 C. In a bowl combine the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and warm milk. Beat with a mixer with the whisk attachment until fluffy foam
Add the sifted flour and again mix until a homogeneous structure with a mixer
Finally add vegetable oil, stir again
In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, put on fire and a good glow oil
Pour in the hot oil all the batter and put it into the already heated oven for 25-30 minutes
The pancake in the oven will form the sides and can inflate a bubble at the bottom, which drops off as the cooling of the pancake.
Let the pancake cools down, we'll do the stuffing, add VERY cold cream and powder match
Whisk until thick, add powdered sugar and continue whisking at medium speed until the cream will become very thick. But don't get carried away too intense and prolonged beating, otherwise you can get the oil!
To the cooled pancake put berries*, put whipped cream and garnish with kiwi. *Here may be appropriate, any fruits and berries - grapes, strawberries, pear, raspberries, banana, mango...
