Sherbet
The delicacy usual sherbet reminds me very vaguely, so the original title still in quotation marks, however, it turns out very tasty: quite sickly, but with a bit of sourness, just a hint of sweetness. Filling in the form of nuts, candied and dried fruits can be anything! As shown, even coconut is more than appropriate. Tea - the most it! Dessert stored in the freezer, which is very convenient: at any time - pull out, cut and serve!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

Butter in advance take out of the refrigerator, it should be soft.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.

Add to hot chocolate butter, stir.

Grind the nuts flat side of a large knife.

To butter with chocolate, add chopped nuts, raisins, candied fruit. My chocolate bars have already been a coconut and almond slices. Raisins, if it is very dry, can be pre-soaked or scalded. The resulting mass put into the fridge for an hour.
