Cooking
1. Prepare the hazelnut crust: In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, starch and soda, mix well. Add nuts (grind in a blender) and sieve the flour, mix well. Pour the batter into the form ( I 22 cm) lined with parchment and greased. Bake in a preheated 180* the oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Ready cake cool on a wire rack.
2. Prepare chocolate crust: In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, starch and soda, mix well. Sift flour and cocoa powder, mix and add chocolate chips, mix again. Pour the batter into the form lined with parchment and greased. Bake in a preheated 180* the oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Ready cake cool on a wire rack.

4. Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan mix the sugar, butter, cocoa powder and milk, put on low heat, stirring, bring to a homogeneous condition. Each cake cut into two layers. Assemble the cake: Spread alternately chocolate and nut cakes, accurately sour cream.
5. Then the cake covered with icing and decorate as desired ( my sides are decorated with chocolate chips, top - chopped walnuts). To give the cake to soak two or three hours. Bon appetit!
