Peach pie in a creamy filling
Offer You sample tender, juicy, and airy peach pie.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Nectarine

    5 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Honey

    50 g

  • Cream

    70 ml

Cooking

Beat butter with cane sugar TM "Mistral" and the lemon zest. Add the eggs, yogurt and beat well.

Two peaches to remove the stones, cut into small pieces, blend it in a blender and add to the dough.

Next add the sifted flour, salt, baking powder and mix everything carefully.

Pour the batter into the mold (brick 15*30), from the top to the sides to spread out chopped nectarine (~x 2) and bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees, be guided by your oven.

Prepare the creamy filling. Butter, combine with honey and cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
