Pre-cut the butter in small pieces and put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Sift flour with baking powder, salt, paprika, hot and white pepper. Add oil to flour mixture and quickly RUB into crumbs. This can be done with a knife or hands.
step-1
Add grated cheese, stir quickly. Add the finely chopped leaves of rosemary ( sprigs not use ), chopped sun-dried tomatoes and the egg yolks.
step-2
Mix until relatively smooth, long knead not necessary. To form two sausages, wrap each in cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
step-3
Slice the chilled dough with a sharp knife into slices with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 cm, place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until light Golden brown.
