Rollmops cod
With heartfelt gratitude to the website "cook" and the organizers of the competitions from TM "Kikkoman" present the dish in a fusion style, which harmoniously combines far Eastern and Mediterranean motifs.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    2 piece

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

I had 2 carcass fresh cod.

Of which ended up with a fillet.

Fillets I marinate in soy sauce "Kikkoman" and left for 20 minutes.

Mozzarella cut into 4 pieces, put on it a piece of sun-dried tomatoes, and placing at the end of the fillet, rolled in "rollmops". Fillets can be secured with the floss, thread, or silicone flagellum.

Put "rollmops on a baking sheet covered with foil and baked in the oven at t 220° for 20 minutes. 5 minutes until tender oiled fish sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".

My family loved the dish and in hot and cold! Tender cod, creamy viscosity mozzarella, sour sun-dried tomato and spicy gloss "Teriyaki" joined in an absolutely harmonious combination!
