Rabbit braised in sour cream with pumpkin
I love rabbit meat and I love pumpkin. So I thought, why not combine them together and get double the pleasure. It is done! Join us!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    500 piece

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Spices

Meat wash, cut into pieces and cover with water with vinegar to sour taste. To withstand half an hour. Then dry off.

Meanwhile, mix olive or sunflower oil, rosemary, spices for venison (or favorite) and crushed garlic.
