We will need the following products.
First you have to boil the basmati rice in salted water, allow fluid from the bags to drain and release the rice from the packet. While the rice cools, prepare the fish. If you have a fillet, then it is good. If you have fish with bones, then it should be separated from the bones. I had fish catfish, it is very fatty, and the kids did not really eat fried, but pancakes was eating for both cheeks. I bought 1 kg of catfish, and fillet turned out 600 g. It does not matter that separated the bones, and from the fact that the fish was soaked in a special liquid and frozen.
Now we have mince fish fillet, rice, cheese, parsley, onion and garlic.
In the beef add the flour, soy sauce, mustard, chopped green onion, salt, pepper and knead well.
Put a tablespoon of mince in the pan with well-heated oil and fry fritters on medium heat from both sides, covering the pan with a lid.
Here and ready our Golden pancakes... fragrant, sweet and delicious! You can serve with vegetables, rice or potatoes! My younger daughter just carried the pancakes, without garnish...go into the kitchen, grab one on the street... she has to garnish it never came!
