Description
This time I made pork ribs, but beef and perfectly get. Sauce on the basis of kvass and rye breads, which is a stew, not just makes them juicy, but also gives a wonderful taste and aroma. Just need to drink piping-hot ribs cold brew!

Cooking
Onions and tomatoes cut into half rings. Tomatoes I have a large, completely replace the three averages.
Slices of bread cut into cubes. They can be dried on a dry pan, but you can just leave open at night. The point is that the bread should be quite dry.
In vegetable oil fry the ribs until crisp.
The meat is then removed and in the same pan to fry two or three minutes the onions. Add bread to the onions, fry for another couple of minutes.
Then put tomato, salt and pepper. Add cumin and cloves. Fry until the tomato juice let.
Then return the meat to the pan, pour kvass. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for 60 minutes. Make sure that the sauce started to burn.
The result is a ruddy ribs with tasty sauce! Cold brew just a dream!
