Cooking
I marinate the meat the night before.
Coarsely cut pork, added onions, cut into rings, salt, pepper and seasoning for marinating Forester. Mix thoroughly.
Spread in a package for marinating and refrigerate overnight.
For the sauce, grind the cilantro, Parmesan and garlic.
Combine the yogurt, stir, add salt to taste.
Potatoes thoroughly wash, salt, pepper, add vegetable oil, stir.
For this dish I used a baking tray Forester.
The baking pan set on the grill and put the potatoes.
After 15 minutes turn the potatoes and on the second part of the baking pan spread the meat. Bring the potatoes and meat until tender.
Ready put potatoes in a container, add half of the sauce, stir.
In the center of a large dish spread the potatoes in the sauce around the pork.
