Kebab Duet
Thanks to the Forester pan you can cook two dishes at the same time. Help yourself - a young tender potatoes with flavorful juicy meat!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    170 g

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Salt

I marinate the meat the night before.

Coarsely cut pork, added onions, cut into rings, salt, pepper and seasoning for marinating Forester. Mix thoroughly.

Spread in a package for marinating and refrigerate overnight.

For the sauce, grind the cilantro, Parmesan and garlic.

Combine the yogurt, stir, add salt to taste.
