Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Water, carbonated

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Chocolate butter

    180 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Sesame

  • Topping pastry

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

In a bowl sift the flour

Add the yeast "SAF-Moment", sugar, sunflower oil, carbonated water, protein, milk and salt.
