If you are a lover of Mexican cuisine "chili con carne", these spring rolls you'll love. Very hearty, spicy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

For this dish we will need the pancakes cooked on any of your favorite recipe (not sweet).

Prepare the filling. Take sunflower oil "Oleyna", pour into the pan.

Small cubes cut onion and garlic and fry in oil until transparent.

Put in a pan minced meat (I got pork). And fry the mince until lightly Browning.

Add the canned beans and spicy tomato sauce with chilli. I have beans in tomato sauce with chili pepper. Mix all and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper and chopped dill. Stir. Remove from heat and allow stuffing to cool slightly.
