Cooking
For this dish we will need the pancakes cooked on any of your favorite recipe (not sweet).
Prepare the filling. Take sunflower oil "Oleyna", pour into the pan.
Small cubes cut onion and garlic and fry in oil until transparent.
Put in a pan minced meat (I got pork). And fry the mince until lightly Browning.
Add the canned beans and spicy tomato sauce with chilli. I have beans in tomato sauce with chili pepper. Mix all and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper and chopped dill. Stir. Remove from heat and allow stuffing to cool slightly.
Take the pancake with the edge lay a lettuce leaf.
On lettuce leaf, put 2 tablespoons of stuffing.
On top of meat put a tablespoon of sour cream.
Rolled in a pancake "envelope."
Stuffed pancakes are put into a mold or a bowl for baking, sprinkle top with grated hard cheese. Put on top in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, bake 10-15 minutes to melt cheese.
Serve the spring rolls hot. Bon appetit!
