Chocolate cake with quinoa
This is a fantastic chocolate cake, gluten-free. You will not be disappointed. The cake is cooked from boiled quinoa without flour. Moist, dense, rich, and very useful!

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    350 g

  • Yogurt

    70 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Honey

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

We need 350 gr of boiled cereals.

Vegetable oil and yogurt, eggs. Stir.

Add sifted cocoa (must be good quality), baking powder, soda and salt.
