This is a fantastic chocolate cake, gluten-free. You will not be disappointed. The cake is cooked from boiled quinoa without flour. Moist, dense, rich, and very useful!

Cooking
I cooked quinoa company "Mistral"
We need 350 gr of boiled cereals.
In cereals add the honey.
Vegetable oil and yogurt, eggs. Stir.
Add sifted cocoa (must be good quality), baking powder, soda and salt.
Mix well and pour into a form, lined with parchment with a diameter of 20 cm.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender. (about 50 minutes). Be sure to check with a dry stick that she inserted in center of cake "came out clean".
