Breakfast
I wanted to please my mother a delicious and healthy Breakfast, and I came up with this Breakfast - dessert. Natural homemade yoghurt, caramelized cereal with almonds and pine nuts and baked Apple... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Almonds

    10 g

  • Pine nuts

    10 g

  • Cherry

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    3 g

  • Melissa

    1 sprig

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sourdough

    1 pack

The yogurt I made in a slow cooker on the "yogurt" milk pasteurized 3.2% and starter cultures for making yogurt from Arsic. It made a wonderful thick white yoghurt with a slight acidity!!!

Cereal spread on a heated dry frying pan and stirring a bit to warm up. Add the sugar and caramelize the cereal over medium heat stirring constantly. Add the chopped peeled almonds, shelled pine nuts.

Mix nuts with cereal, a minute to fry off the stove. Let the mixture cool completely!!!

In a sundae dish or glass, put a tablespoon of yogurt, push in yogurt cherries and sprinkle lightly with chocolate. It is always nice to enjoy the last spoonful, a spoon of natural yogurt with a cocktail cherry... great joy!!!

Next, spread a layer of cooled caramelized oat-nut mix.

Add a cloud of yogurt.

Lightly sprinkle with grated almonds and chocolate.

And finally, add our baked Apple. Specially for this dish I cook the apples the night, removing serdtsevinka and stuffed them with dried prunes and almonds. The apples have completely cooled.

Decorate with one cherry and a leaf of lemon balm for joy, benefit and good mood!!! Bon appetit!!!
