Lean brownie with currants
Our love for brownies began with this recipe. Once during lent I made them according to recipe found in the Internet. Since I bake regularly and not just in the post. The benefit of frozen berries available at any time of the year. The recipe doesn'T contain nuts, bananas, dates, beets. There is a brownie with a moist middle. The use of black currant mix does not matter. I baked and black and red currants, and blueberries. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.75 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • White currants

    0.333 cup

  • Red currants

    0.333 cup

  • Black currants

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the cocoa, sugar and stir

Pour in the water. Mix well.

Add the vegetable oil. Mix well.

Put in the silicone form and put in a preheated 180C the oven.

Bake at 180C for approximately 30-35 minutes. The finished brownies cool 10 minutes in pan.
