Lamb ribs with potatoes
Hearty and flavorful dish of mutton chops and potatoes. Hot for family lunch or dinner, great variety of meat menu, all remain happy. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Ribs

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Lamb ribs divide into pieces, Add salt, spices, onion, roughly chopped, mayonnaise.

Mix well. Leave to marinate for two hours.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes.

Put into a form, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, spices, Bay leaf, peppercorns and allspice.

Put the marinated ribs.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic, drizzle with vegetable oil. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees. Remove the foil and allow to brown.

Put on a plate. I sprinkled with pickled red onion and decorated with greens.
