Homemade grilled sausage
Home made liver sausage with slices of chicken much tastier than the store-bought, as it is prepared from fresh, natural ingredients and contains no additives: preservatives, flavor enhancers and dyes. Forget the smell and taste of this sausage and it is impossible to feed a large family or cheerful company.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Intestine

    1 piece

Cooking

Fry the onions on a small piece of fat ( I have chicken fat from the abdomen)

Fat scrolling through a meat grinder.

Grind liver and fried onions.

Add the semolina, egg, salt, seasoning.

Add chopped chicken.

Minced meat stuffed in intestines with the help of tips in the meat grinder.

Bandages sausage any size.

Bake at 180* for 1 hour in greased with vegetable oil pan.
