Incredibly delicious and delicate dessert, taste like creamy ice cream. Prepared improvising, to the end doubted the result, but the experience turned out to be unnecessary. We were just delighted with the delicate creamy taste, combined with black currant and chocolate dough.

Cooking
Cookies grind into crumbs with a blender
Pour the melted butter and stir until smooth.
Take shape and arrange on the bottom and sides our cookies with butter. Squeezing tightly, to avoid gaps and voids. Bake 160C. 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and allow to cool to lukewarm.
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam and connect with cream. Cream I have a homemade, out of ladybugs.
Pour half the berries to a creamy mass, and pour all on the cake, send it in the oven 160C. for 25 minutes, then pour evenly the rest of the currants and bake for another 20 minutes.
Tart cool and put it in the refrigerator to complete cooling and solidification.
