Very summery, delicious, light, sweet, refreshing salad for a good mood!
Ingredients

Beets

Peach

Arugula
1 handful

Beetroot leaves
1 handful

Pumpkin seeds
1 handful

Fetaki
100 g

Orange
1 piece

Sugar
1 tsp

Butter
1 Tbsp
Cooking
For the salad we will need.
Cheese, peaches and beets cut into cubes.
Lettuce leaves wash, dry, add pumpkin seeds.
Mix with sliced beets, peach and Fetaki.
From orange squeeze juice, add sugar and butter, put on fire and cook, stirring, at a strong boil until the sauce has evaporated by half. Cool. The resulting sauce salad.
