"Buttermilk Biscuits" Cookies from Fritz Brenner for Nero Wolfe, with my changes! At Fritz biscuit was savory and served as a "cookies for a Sunday evening snack". I have it sweet, but... with cumin and black sesame. Buttermilk biscuits comes out light, crisp and is eaten on hurrah.

BUTTERMILK is low-fat the liquid that remains after cream is churned into butter. For us, the buttermilk not too familiar. In some national cuisines it is an extremely popular ingredient.
