Cooking
Unground buckwheat TM "Mistral" cook in boiling, lightly salted water on low heat for 20 minutes.
Until cooked buckwheat. Diced onions. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes.
Bacon cut into small strips and add to the fried onions. Mix well.
Chop mushrooms and also add to onion and bacon, bring to full readiness, to salt to taste.
In a pan pour 1.5 tbsp of flour and add water, mix well.
Allow gravy to boil and immediately remove from heat.
Ready sauce with mushrooms pour the buckwheat and serve. Bon appetit!
