Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Corn flour

    175 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

Pumpkin clean and cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the sunflower oil. and then the butter. Onion and pumpkin and fry on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Salt. pepper, give nutmeg. Pour water and milk. Wait until boil. Remove from the heat. Stirring constantly. add corn flour.

Put the saucepan again on low heat. To give the polenta to simmer 25 minutes, stirring periodically. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.

Form tarte grease butter. Fill it with a mixture of polenta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180gr. 15-20 minutes.
