Spaghetti in a peppery meat sauce
Good option for cooking pasta. Everyone loves meat sauce, and fresh vegetables, juicy tomato and roasted red pepper. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pepper bake in the oven (temperature 180 C) until tender, about 10 minutes. Clean.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.

Tomato scalded with boiling water, remove skin.

Onions and garlic fry in vegetable oil.

Add the minced meat. Fry on medium heat, breaking up lumps with a spatula.

In the bowl of a blender combine the pepper and tomato, add soy sauce.

Grind.

Add the sauce to the meat.

Stir, simmer until thick. If not enough salt, you can salt.

Boil spaghetti.

Put in pepper and meat sauce, mix well.
