Salad
I love watercress, it is very easily grown ( on the windowsill) and it has a bunch of useful properties. Watercress has: antioxidant properties, helps prevent depression and improves sleep. Also improves appetite and regulates digestion, removes toxins and wastes. For a taste reminiscent of horseradish - spicy, spicy, bitter and slightly sharp taste. Salad turns out delicious and light with lots of greens and sweet and sour dressing. Perfect for those who want to lose weight or fries to more nutritious meals. Personally, I prefer this salad to cook the Pork in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Watercress

    250 g

  • Greens

    3 coup

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    350 g

  • Pepper

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Watercress is cut when it reaches a height of 5-7 cm ( max 10cm, then it becomes not as juicy and tasty). Well washed from the soil and dry it, then slice (not chopped into 2-3 pieces).
