Cake
What a holiday, much less the ball, be complete without dessert. Offer air, very tender cake with two layers: the first kefir - like a little cloud drifting in the dream world, and the second cheese-blueberry reminds of a warm tender summer. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Blueberries

    100 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Compote

    400 ml

  • Juice

  • Gelatin

    15 g

In split form, put the biscuit cake

Yogurt, sour cream and sugar beat for a few minutes

Add the dissolved gelatin and pour on the cake. Allow to solidify. Meanwhile, in a blender mix the pre-defrosted blueberries with which to drain the juice, cheese and sour cream.

Add the dissolved gelatin. Pour the next layer

Compote can add the juice from the blueberries, pour in the gelatin to give a little to grab and put the last layer
