Roll Heart
Classic sponge roll with whipped cream. I wanted to give it a more festive, in my opinion, kind.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Thickener for cream

    2 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

The dough for sponge cake: eggs with plain and vanilla sugar until soft whitening (5-6 minutes)

Gradually spoon or spatula add the flour sifted with the baking powder, gently stir with a movement from top to bottom until smooth.

And at this point I wanted to make in the process of making something "creative" : to prepare not just a biscuit and a biscuit with a picture. For this I put 2 tablespoons of white dough and added 2-3 drops of red food dye.

Since I don't have a stencil, I hastily drew on paper hearts, put on top of baking paper and brush painted test of the heart.

Put a baking paper in a preheated to 200 gr. oven and bake 5 minutes. Then carefully poured on top of the remaining mass.

The blade was raked across the surface of the paper.

And again in the oven to bake until cooked ( mine took about 15 minutes)

The finished cake with a paper laid out on a towel and rolled into a roll. Left to cool.

Filling: whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Roll carefully unfolded and without removing the paper towel, on top put the filling into an even layer.

Then again rolled into a roll and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Loaf turned out delicious and beautiful!
