Peach pie with cherry jam
The idea for this recipe comes from Julia Vysotskaya. She's got this pie was presented as the "Peach crumble". Although I think, even so it is not really crumble. Cooked very simply, not greasy, not sugary, low-calorie and very tasty. I specifically made a calculation of calories: about 150 kcal per 100g of the finished product.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Take a baking dish. Put in it the halves of peaches in their own juice. From top to grate the orange zest and pour orange juice (about 2 tablespoons).

Take a bowl, put it in oatmeal, flour, salt and grate the frozen butter.

Mix all into a homogeneous crumb.

Take low-calorie jam D arbo "cherry" and add to the flour crumbs.

There add the remaining juice from half an orange and the liquid from the cans of peaches.

Knead the dough. There is no need to thoroughly knead it.

Spread the batter on top of peaches. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes for baking.
