Lazy pie
This simple and hearty fish pie from the "liquid" dough will be a great treat for our men, the defenders (and not only for them). Prepare for dinner tonight!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Cooking

Combine all the ingredients for the dough, add a pinch of salt and sugar.

With a spoon or mixer to knead the thick dough.

The fish released from the bones, disassemble into slices; leek (you can substitute onions) saute in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes; add the cooked rice and sour cream for the richness of the filling.

In a greased form pour half of the dough, sprinkle the filling.

Close the pie with remaining dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Ready pie to grease with butter.
