Cooking
Prepare the products. Yogurt and eggs, remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Egg, yogurt, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil mix.
Add 2 cups sifted flour, soda.
Knead a soft dough. Adding as needed flour. The dough should not be solid. And covering it with a towel, set aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese and mix it with curd and egg. If the cheese is salted, add a little salt. The filling needs to be salty. But not salty.
Divide the dough into even number of identical balls. I did my pan (d 19 cm) - 8 PCs. to Cover with a towel, so as not zavetrilos.
Roll out 2 thin tortillas. The dough rolled out easily.
Divide the stuffing into 4 parts. On one cake spread the filling and cover with another and zasiyaet region.
