Bream in polesky
Despite the fact that quite a bony bream fish cooked so it turns aromatic and the presence of bones does not prevent to enjoy the dish. And I called it that because the recipe was inherited from his beloved mother, who lives in the woodland (where, in fact, I grew up).

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

The fish should be thoroughly cleaned from the innards and scales, wash and dry.

For the marinade I use homemade mayonnaise with garlic and parsley. In a bowl, alternately lay out all the necessary ingredients: egg, salt, sugar, mustard, water, lemon juice, in the end pour oil. Beat with a blender on maximum power. The mayonnaise will thicken up literally in seconds and no you thin trickles, etc.

Add pressed garlic (first remove serdtsevina) and chopped parsley (today I added frozen). Again to beat.

Lubricate the inside and outside of the fish with mayonnaise. Set aside to marinate.

While the fish is marinating, peel onion and carrots. Chop the onion half rings, carrots to RUB on a grater and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Salt, pepper, add spices (I added Basil).

In the abdomen bream spread the browned vegetables and move the fish in oiled foil boat. Put in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes (focus on your oven).
