Liver with mushrooms in foil
Offer a recipe for a picnic for lovers of the liver. Very tender, juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Take beef liver, remove the membrane and fat and cut into pieces about 1-1,5 cm Beats slightly through the plastic wrap.

Pour the liver with soy sauce "Kikkoman", with lemon juice, olive oil, squeezed garlic, sprinkle with dry Basil and freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

While the liver is marinating, cut the onion into thin half-rings, sprinkle with salt and lightly crush.

Cut the fat (bacon) thin round slices, repel. If the skins are hard, then remove.

Foil folded in half, in the middle put some slices of bacon.

On top of the bacon put the pickled liver.

Next, put the coarsely chopped mushrooms.

Put a bow on it and the remaining slices of bacon. A little salt.

Wrap well with foil to not result juices. Put on the grate of the grill and bake for about 20 minutes.

Serve the liver in foil warm, sprinkled with chopped green onions or herbs. Have a nice stay!
