Drumsticks, baked in foil
Fragrant and juicy drumsticks marinated in spicy and sour sauce - delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Fat

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix tomato paste with soy sauce. Add seasoning and salt (if required).

With drumsticks, remove the skin and pour on them the sauce.

Mix well and marinate at least 6 hours. I marinated overnight.

Cut the foil about the size of 20x20 and smear one side with fat, dense layer. Put the tibia.

Carefully wrapped so there were no gaps. Put on grate in oven and bake on the middle level for 15 minutes (with average size legs) at 180C.

While the meat is cooked, fry the onions.

Place on a plate ready to shank and bow.
