Vegetable kebab Mediterranean
In General, the phrase “vegetable kebab” is of course a paradox. After all, even the word “barbecue” comes from the word "meat&q uot;, and for centuries under this dish refers to fried meat. But baked on the coals of vegetables – healthy and a great alternative to the fried vegetables, moreover, thus prepared, they are much more aromatic and delicious.

Prepare the vegetables - wash and wiping with a paper towel. Peel the onion, cut the tail part and the root to the end not to be trimmed so that it does not fall apart.
