Cooking
Whisk the eggs and sugar. Pour kefir, stir. Add a spoonful of baking soda, mix well.
Then pour the melted butter and stir again.
Now gradually add the semolina, flour, mix thoroughly. Watch that the dough was not too thin or thick.
Stuffed you can experiment with. I did with Mac. Possible poppy grind in a coffee grinder, add to it sour cream, sugar (raisins optional) and mix well, you can find another recipe like stuffing, for example, boil the poppy seeds with milk.

Now put in preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees until browned.
