Cooking
In a deep casserole mix yeast with sour milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. When the yeast gets going, add the flour, stir until smooth, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or more. Here is the dough after 12 hours.

Now stir again and slowly pour in the warm milk until the consistency will not be a pancake.

The dough can be used, not all at once. Bake as you need the dough keep in the refrigerator and before use, leave at room temperature for an hour.
