  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

In a deep casserole mix yeast with sour milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. When the yeast gets going, add the flour, stir until smooth, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or more. Here is the dough after 12 hours.
