Cooking
Boil spaghetti in salted water.
Carrot, courgette and onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Add water, bring to boil and simmer until soft.
Add the tomato paste, grind and simmer until tender. But the vegetables were not too soft. It is important! Add the grated garlic, salt (if needed), pepper and chopped parsley. Turn off the heat. Mix well.
