Fish cakes with green beans
The cupcakes baked cod with green beans. An easy dish that combines fish and side dish together.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    400 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.75 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In the bowl of a blender combine all ingredients except beans

When cooking meat I used sunflower oil TM"Oleyna"

Grease the ramekins with sunflower oil TM"Oleyna"

Stick to the pre-thawed minced beans (I thawed them in the microwave for 1 minute). Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until it will turn brown (be guided by his oven)
