Cooking
First, peel the orange from perehodom. This is an optional step, but it takes maximum 10 minutes and the resulting orange salad felt much juicier.
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Raisins and dried prunes to wash and dry. Prunes grind.
For the filling mix the juice of half a lemon, half an orange, vegetable oil, chopped greens and garlic. Nuts dried slightly in the pan.
Mix all the ingredients, while cutting the oranges and nuts. Pour the dressing, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
