Calf with vegetables, braised in white wine
The meat is flavorful, tender and juicy at the expense of dry white wine and soy sauce. Vegetables do not lose their color and make the dish more beautiful and richer!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    6 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Calf fry in vegetable oil until it will turn brown and remove onto a plate.
