Puff pastry biscuit with liver, rice and cauliflower
Suggest another recipe using puff pastry. Biscuit makes a delicious (as well as any baked from this dough) and the filling is juicy! Highly recommended!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Figure

    20 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Nutmeg

    2 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Cauliflower

    50 g

Cooking

The liver is cut into pieces and mince.

Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes. Vegetables with cauliflower fry in vegetable oil.

Twisted liver fry until soft, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Boil the rice until soft.

For the Bechamel sauce: in a pan melt butter, add flour. Mass stir continuously. Pour in gradually (in portions) cold milk and stir until smooth. Add nutmeg, salt.

Mix liver, fried vegetables, rice, sauce, salt, pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry, in the middle put the filling. Suscipiam the dough in a circle. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Give a little time for biscuits (15 minutes) and bake at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes.
