These pancakes I sometimes indulges husband. The recipe he brought from Holland, where he worked for 5 years. I hope you like it too.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Water, carbonated

    50 ml

  • Salt

Beat eggs with salt. Add milk, mineral water, mix well. Add the flour, mix well with a whisk or with a mixer. Heat a pan, slightly grease with oil. In the middle pour the batter, rotate the pan so that the dough is evenly distributed. Lay out the bacon.
