    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
Mix milk and egg, whisk lightly
step-1
Bread (I had rye 7 grain, favorite; you can take your favorite bread) cut into pieces
step-2
Put the pieces in milk mixture and eggs and stir. Leave for 15 minutes to dry.
step-3
Meanwhile, finely chop the leeks, green onions, olives and pepper (I like a little spicy from the jar with the brine, the Turks love it). You can add your favorite herbs if you want, leeks replace onions, add the garlic, chili pepper to replace sweet.
step-4
Fry everything on medium heat with 1 tbsp oil somewhere half a minute.
step-5
Mash the bread well with a fork, add our fried mixture, salt, pepper lightly, add the mint and other favorite seasonings and mix well.
step-6
Muffin tin greased with oil and spread the dough. Can be baked in small molds, large can be in one and then cut into portions as you like. On top sprinkle with oregano and sesame seeds (can be sprinkled) and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 15 minutes.
step-7
Ready remove from the mold and served to the table. Can be eaten as a separate dish and can be served with soup or meat.
