Pancakes
Today we cook a traditional Vietnamese dish. In my opinion, the taste turned out moderately spicy, moderately juicy and crispy.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    70 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    20 g

  • Paprika sweet

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    30 g

  • Mussels

    100 g

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    75 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    20 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

Our products. For the sauce: soy sauce (50gr.), 1 tooth. garlic, sesame seeds and red pepper (sweet). For pancakes: rice paper – 1 pkg., olive oil, mussels, rice noodles, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, sweet pepper, soy sauce and sauce "Mexicana La Costena", and red onions.

Soak for 25 minutes shiitake mushrooms in cold water.

Cut carrots into strips.

Sweet pepper also cut into strips.

In boiling water with soy sauce dip noodles.

All folded up in one bowl.

Sauce "La Costena" and soy sauce pour into the pan.

Fry in a mixture of sauces red onion.

After onions fry the mussels, adding a little olive oil.

Drain the mushrooms and boil 10 minutes, until the water starts to boil.

Mushrooms finely chop.

Mix all the ingredients.

Soak the rice paper in the water.

When the paper becomes transparent - to put the stuffing.

Twist the crepe made from rice paper.

Fry in a pan with olive oil.

To make the sauce: take chopped garlic, sesame seeds and ground red pepper.

Add soy sauce and mix well.

Fried with 2 sides pancakes serve with sauce. Absolutely gorgeous dish! All a pleasant appetite!
