Pork tenderloin in cherry sauce
Refined and noble meat in a delicate sauce of cherry and cream with a spicy hint of nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Spices

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Olive oil

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Put rice in salted boiling water and cook as directed on package. Pork cut into serving pieces. Salt and pepper

The cherries pre-defrosted. In a blender beat cherry, sugar and nutmeg

Meat fry in hot pan in small amount of oil on both sides. On each side not more than 2 min. Ready meat to put it on a plate

In the remaining oil and juice after roasting meat, pour the cherry puree. Lower the heat to low. Pour the cream, add salt and starch. Constantly stir until it thickens

Put the meat in the sauce and simmer with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
