Meatballs of veal in the Cornel sauce
I often cook a dogwood sauce to the meat, this time decided to cook the meatballs. We really liked it. Instead of dogwood you can take a cherry.

Ingredients

1. The bags of rice in a pot with boiling, salted water and boil according to the instructions on the package.

2. Dogwood place in bucket, add water and boil for 5 minutes.

3. While dogwood is cooked from minced meat to form small balls. In a pan heat the oil and fry the meatballs until Golden brown.

6. In a frying pan or a saucepan pour the sauce, add the meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. In the end, add the garlic and diluted in a tablespoon of water, starch.

7. Cooked rice, remove to a plate to let it drain. Bag to cut, pour the rice, add butter, mix well. Serve rice with meatballs. Bon appetit!
