Halloween soup
If you love pumpkin, I suggest you to prepare this recipe. Quick, tasty and satisfying. This recipe four years ago got sent to Halloween. Cooked, and the recipe caught on in our family, especially loved his son. Prepare.

  • Minced meat

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

Heat oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and sauté over medium heat 4-6 minutes, stirring so it won't burn.

Add the pumpkin.

Add 300 ml of boiling water, add salt, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. At this stage you can cool and freeze this dish, it is stored about 2 months.
