Sea buckthorn — useful berry, it has fantastic content of vitamin C and antioxidants. But nobody really knows how to cook sea-buckthorn. Cooking
Sea-buckthorn berries crushed with a blender to puree. Optionally, pass through a sieve.
Add the vegetable oil, honey, salt, pepper. Mix well.
The chicken to coat with marinade and leave for several hours.
Then wrap the chicken in foil and put bake at 200*C for an hour. Then open foil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and leave to brown for another 20-30 minutes.
