Pie with chicken, leek and two types of cheese

I really like this pie. It has everything that I love. Chicken, leek and blue cheese.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet

500 g
Leeks

1 kg
Cheese

150 g
Blue cheese

150 g
Salt
Margarine

350 g
Cheese

200 g
Flour

2 cup
Sugar

2 tsp
Cream

1 cup
Chicken egg

1 piece

Here is a set of necessary products.

To prepare the filling, saute with addition of margarine, chopped leeks and cut into thin strips of chicken meat. Season with salt to taste taking into account the fact that the cheese is salty.

Spread the dough evenly on the bottom and the walls of the mold, grease is not necessary. Put the filling and cover it with a mixture of two cheeses. Pour cream or milk mixed with the beaten egg.
