Danish bread dessert
Favorite traditional dessert of the Danes, whose name translated from the original reads: "mistress into maid behind the veil". Indeed, exact title: the gentle aristocratic cream - a simple crispy black bread and a flavorful berry sauce... Try?

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Berry sauce

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Bread

    300 g

Shortly before serving collect our dessert layers. A bread layer, a layer of sauce D arbo Cranberry (or other sauce or jam)...

Alternate layers until top of dish. The top layer should be bread.

Whisk the cream with the sachet of vanilla sugar, but you can do without sugar, and put in a pile on the dessert. Decorate as desired. I decorated with cranberries.
