Dessert with ricotta and coconut
I like the taste of coconut. I love cookies with coconut and chocolate. Also like the pastries and desserts with ricotta.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    24 g

  • Syrup berry

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    15 g

  • Ricotta

    400 g

  • Vanilla

Milk pour into a container. There also put ricotta.

To prepare the syrup.

Dissolve gelatin in small amount of hot water or syrup. Pour the dissolved gelatin in a bowl with the ricotta, add the syrup to taste and put sugar.

Mix well or beat with a mixer. Then I added in a lot of 0, 5 pack chip. Vanillin was added. Afraid to spoil the taste of coconut.
