I like the taste of coconut. I love cookies with coconut and chocolate. Also like the pastries and desserts with ricotta.

Milk pour into a container. There also put ricotta.
Dissolve gelatin in small amount of hot water or syrup. Pour the dissolved gelatin in a bowl with the ricotta, add the syrup to taste and put sugar.
Mix well or beat with a mixer. Then I added in a lot of 0, 5 pack chip. Vanillin was added. Afraid to spoil the taste of coconut.
The prepared mixture is spread on the molds, kremanki and put into the refrigerator, the freezer Part... I put it in the fridge, and some in the freezer.
